The BP-174 project is made in a modern style, the total area is 188 m2 (with a terrace), of which 87.6 m2 is the living area. Facade is made of fiber cement panels combined with wood. The house consists of two full floors. On the ground floor there is a vestibule from which we enter the hall. To the right of the hall there is a recreation room with a separate bathroom. Also from the hall you can get into a boiler room and a living room with a kitchen and a dining area. In the staircase hall there is a bathroom for general use. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Two of them have a balcony. The third one has exit to the second floor terrace. There is also a terrace on the first floor from the living room and the kitchen.
